If I cannot make it to a regular class, am I able to get a make-up lesson?
If you cannot come to a class, you should notify the instructor at least 48 hours in advance.
A make-up lesson can be scheduled if the instructor successfully gets your notification. Instructor will communicate with you to find a time slot that works for both of you.
If you fail to notify your instructor before 48h of your class time, your missed session won’t be made up.
Missed lessons will be made up only within the month they are missed.
(Exceptions are: Lessons missed by instructor; bad weather/family emergency; case by case situation)

Punctuality is valued here, so you are encouraged to plan ahead. Late lessons will still end on time and will not be made up.
